we are seeking a Process Technician or Process Engineer (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. In this role, your tasks will aim to sustainably improve and monitor the performance of our equipment in terms of quality, capacity, productivity, and safety. You will identify improvement potentials through systematic analysis of processes and equipment based on key figures and process trends.

Your responsibilities will also include developing process standards with employees and providing methodological support during the introduction and implementation of these standards. You will continuously adjust and improve internal process descriptions and provide process engineering support for production, maintenance, quality assurance, and R&D.

Your profile includes training and further education as a technician with relevant professional experience or a completed degree in a technical field. Knowledge in automation technology is desirable. You have experience in implementing projects and process improvement methods, strong communication skills, and high problem-solving competence. Analytical skills, an independent, structured, and results-oriented working style characterize you. Fluent German and English skills in both spoken and written form complete your profile.
